Intuition and Destiny

So many of us have at least one time or another in our lives asked the question... "Is this where I am SUPPOSED to be in life?".... "Is this the career I am supposed to have?", "Is this the bank balance I am supposed to have?", "Is this the spouse I am supposed to be with?"

Often times when this question fills our thoughts we become overcome with stress, doubt and concern. We grow anxious that we are not doing the right things, or we are missing out on other 'potential' opportunities, or we have 'blown our life' in some way.

The truth of the matter is... Every single one of us, regardless of our situation, is EXACTLY where we are supposed to be in order for us to learn our most powerful lessons and to grow into greater and grander beings. Yes ~ even if where we are is difficult, painful or challenging. Even if we are facing financial ruin, facing the illness or death of a loved one, or experiencing frustration or stagnation in our career ~ those circumstances present us with the opportunity to step beyond our old habits and ways of staying stuck in judgment, fear and doubt and give us the chance to move into forgiveness, courage and understanding.

These situations often FORCE us to find other ways of operating in the world, many of them push us to looking for a deeper and more meaningful way of living with different answers to different questions. Questions that can only be answered by our Intuitive voice.

I am not suggesting that if things are difficult that you just roll over and say...."Well this is how it is SUPPOSED to be, so I'm not going to do anything about it." ~ if you would like things to be different you CAN change them ~ but the energy required to create change comes from accepting that this is where you are now. Letting go of resistance and bringing your attention into appreciation of the present moment creates the positive energy through which Intuition can guide you. Only that positive energy, can create positive change.

When we question and doubt if 'where we are is where we are supposed to be' then we doubt the massive intelligence of the Universe that created us and we stay attached to our small and limited view of how things should look.

When you find yourself facing the question, "Is this where I SHOULD be in my life?", realize that it IS where you should be..... because THAT is where you ARE. Stop arguing with what IS - learn to ask new and more empowered questions and let your Intuition guide you to what is BEST for you in this moment. From there it is like any journey... one step at a time... with your Intuition leading you every step of the way.
